Creative Leadership (1-day workshop)

About the Workshop

In this focused, experience-based course, taking on the mantle of leadership is transformed from an abstract goal to an achievable reality. This workshop will systematically take you through the ropes - first the thinking, then the actions - of building leadership skills. It will profile industry leaders, vividly brought to life, presenting real-life leadership challenges that participants will attempt to solve and then see how their solutions compare to those of the experts.

From scripting your inner voice to furnishing yourself with the tools to take command of industry issues, this workshop will accelerate your ability to innovate, lead, and leverage opportunities and maximize your own future as well as your agency’s.
